It took me a while to get my recipe for Sweet Potato Gnocchi to a happy place, and once I did, I knew I had to share it with as many people as possible – It’s light, delicately flavored and oozing with all things autumn…and it’s not difficult to make!
Gnocchi is one of my all time favorites! Can’t wait to try this!
