I invite you to give these recipes a try in your kitchen. I think they will become part of your regular rotation during the colder months. I always appreciate hearing from you, so please feel free to leave a comment, share your creations or let me know what’s on your mind.
Creamy Cauliflower Soup
Whenever I prepare this soup, I wonder why I don’t make it more often. It is simple and incredibly delicious.
I like to strain the soup after I blend to create a luxurious, pearly-white texture. This gives the soup an added layer of elegance – one you will notice when you slip this luscious soup into your mouth.
With the proper garnishes, this soup becomes a fine dining experience in your home. Serve it warm or hot…or even cold. The flavor of cauliflower is more pronounced as the soup cools.
